Job Opening: Workflow Technical Director

Sphere Entertainment Co. is looking for a hands-on Workflow Technical Director to help develop next-gen toolkits for ultra-high-resolution imaging and post-production pipelines. This role is central to optimizing image quality and maintaining color standards for large-format and immersive content environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize next-gen workflows for ultra-high-resolution imaging and dome content.
- Collaborate with VFX, production, and editorial teams to improve pipeline efficiency.
- Maintain rigorous color science standards and imaging quality across the post-production lifecycle.
- Integrate and support industry-standard tools for large-format, VR, and stereoscopic projects.
- Liaise between technical and creative departments to solve complex imaging challenges.
Software/Skills Required: Candidates must have 7+ years of experience and deep proficiency in Nuke, Baselight, and DaVinci Resolve. Technical mastery of OCIO, OIIO, FFMPEG, and pipeline management via ShotGrid is essential.
Experience with Color Science and immersive formats (Stereoscopic/VR/Dome) is highly preferred. Python or scripting skills are a significant plus.
