Selected senior artists will collaborate closely with the Lead Animator, Animation Director, and Animation Supervisor to ensure a highly cohesive visual narrative across extended shot lengths. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

The senior animation specialist will oversee character performances and pipeline efficiency across several core production blocks:

  • Character Acting & Consistency: Deliver top-tier, cartoony 3D character performances that uphold the unique artistic vision of the series, ensuring perfect shot continuity across surrounding sequences.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide artistic and technical guidance to junior and intermediate animators, interpreting director feedback and storyboards to develop the team’s overall skill level.
  • Workflow Optimization: Implement efficient scene organization patterns, address supervisor notes promptly to minimize review loops, and identify asset bugs early to improve production pipelines.
