Lead Vision is expanding its primary layout team and launching immediate recruitment for a skilled 3D Animator Blender / Maya Artist. Located on-site at their production facility in Sector 1, Vaishali, this full-time role is structured for early-career to mid-level professionals holding between one to three years of active pipeline experience. Selected animators will work directly alongside modeling and rigging teams to translate visual performance targets into finished sequence iterations. The production floor focuses heavily on expressive body mechanics, physical weight continuity, and clean keyframe execution, offering a structured environment built to scale your skills on dynamic narrative content.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

The 3D animation specialist will guide assets through sequential performance loops based on director feedback:

  • Performance & Motion: Develop polished, high-quality 3D animations for main characters, environmental assets, and peripheral props, injection emotion and structural personality into every cycle.
  • Pipeline Collaboration: Cooperate closely with rigging and layout artists to evaluate mesh deformations, modify skeletal control parameters, and eliminate intersections mid-production.
  • Asset Iteration: Refine spatial timing, weight constraints, and secondary motion properties based on supervisor reviews and overall creative direction.

Required Software Knowledge & Skills

  • Core Creation DCCs: Proven professional command over the animation pipelines inside either Maya or Blender software environments.
