Citrus Ink Studios is expanding its pre-production creative team and is looking for passionate Sketch Artists across all experience levels. This role is ideal for artists who believe that sketches can tell stories and who want to bring abstract ideas to life, one sketch at a time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality pre-visualization drawings, character sketches, and environment concepts.
- Translate narrative concepts into clear, expressive visual assets that guide downstream production.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to maintain artistic direction and visual storytelling standards.
- Iterate on sketches efficiently based on production feedback and project timelines.
Requirements & Artist Profile
- Drawing Foundation: Strong foundational drawing and traditional/digital sketching skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of human anatomy, structural perspective, and frame composition.
- Creative Instinct: A strong passion for visual storytelling and conceptual character design.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to communicate effectively and work seamlessly within a fast-paced creative team environment.
