Little Red Zombies is looking for a talented Real-Time Character Anatomy Artist to join our team onsite in Hyderabad. This position is crafted for a digital sculptor with a sophisticated grasp of organic forms, proportions, and complex muscle structures. You will be responsible for translating artistic concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets tailored specifically for real-time engine applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and deliver high-quality character anatomy sculpts optimized for real-time pipelines.
- Develop complex character structures maintaining accurate volume, anatomical forms, and weight distribution.
- Generate clean, production-friendly sculpt passes that seamlessly support rigging and downstream deformation teams.
- Collaborate actively with lead artists and integrate artistic feedback effectively across production iterations.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience inside a character art or game development pipeline.
- Anatomical Mastery: Deep, foundational knowledge of human/creature anatomy, bone structures, proportions, and muscle mechanics.
- Pipeline Fluency: Strong familiarity with standard digital sculpting workflows, high-to-low poly baking setups, and game-ready asset guidelines.
- Technical Knowledge: Functional understanding of clean topology layouts, edge loops, and mesh deformation requirements.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a highly collaborative mindset, and a constant drive to learn and deliver benchmark quality work.
