Submarine is gearing up operations for a brand-new 3D animated feature film and is launching immediate recruitment for an experienced Production Manager. This high-end, stylized family feature brings together distributed production hubs across The Netherlands, Belgium, Tenerife, and South Africa. Based on-site or hybrid out of their Amsterdam or Antwerp facilities, this key leadership track is scheduled to run from September 2026 through December 2027. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

The chosen manager will supervise multi-site assets and team integrations across the entire animation pipeline:

  • Workflow Planning: Translate artistic milestones into functional schedules, optimize asset delivery targets, and enforce efficient pipeline practices across international creative squads.
  • Pipeline Operations: Track sequence completions, flag potential scheduling bottlenecks early, and establish clear structural channels to keep artists unified across different regions.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Applicants must demonstrate operational mastery over complex production tracks alongside these conditions:

  • Production Experience: A solid, active track record managing asset flow, delivery milestones, and crew layouts within a 3D animation feature film or high-end series environment.
