We have consistent, high-volume backend animation work available for reliable artists who can maintain quality while meeting tight deadlines. Project Scope & Flexibility

  • Consistent Workload: High-volume production pipeline with ongoing requirements for the next year.
  • Flexible Collaboration: We are open to both dedicated full-time freelancers and part-time contributors.
  • Transparent Payout: Clear, per-minute animation payout structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality animation using Blender as the primary tool.
  • Apply animation principles—timing, spacing, and storytelling—to deliver polished motion.
  • Execute client and project briefs independently with minimal hand-holding.
  • Provide daily progress updates and meet all project delivery milestones.
  • Maintain high aesthetic standards across large volumes of production work.

Requirements & Technical Skills

  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with end-to-end animation workflows in Blender.
  • Technical Mastery: Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, body mechanics, and narrative).
  • Reliability: Detail-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Ability to provide consistent, clear progress reports in a fast-paced production setting.
