Black Kite is looking for a visionary Compositor to deliver creative excellence from pitch to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the visual look of high-profile VFX shots, driving both the creative and technical approach. Working closely with VFX Supervisors and Leads, you will seamlessly integrate live-action and CG elements to realize the creative vision of our global clients. Key Responsibilities
- Creative Excellence: Deliver outstanding VFX work that integrates live-action and computer-generated elements seamlessly.
- Visual Problem Solving: Develop visual solutions for a broad range of shots in collaboration with the wider VFX team.
- Technical Mastery: Utilize advanced compositing techniques including 2D tracking, matte extraction, layering, and color grading.
- Pipeline Collaboration: Proactively communicate with Producers and Supervisors to deliver work on time and on budget.
- Look Development: Establish and maintain the creative direction for complex visual effects sequences.
