Wingingstones Animation Studio is expanding its creative core for two massive upcoming projects: a dynamic animated series and a high-end feature film. We are looking for veteran 3D Animators who bring a deep understanding of character performance and cinematic storytelling. As a remote-first studio, we value proactive collaboration and technical mastery. Key Responsibilities & Project Scope
- Execute high-level 3D character animation for both episodic and feature film pipelines.
- Collaborate with the Lead Animator and Director to maintain performance consistency across sequences.
- Translate complex storyboards and scripts into expressive, polished motion.
- Participate in remote dailies and technical troubleshooting within a collaborative team structure.
- Note: Selected candidates must be willing to complete a standard technical test assignment.
Requirements & Skills
- Industry Veteran: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in 3D animation.
- Storytelling Mastery: Strong foundational knowledge of character weight, timing, and emotion.
- Remote Proficiency: Proven ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
- Advantage: Proficiency in the Russian language is considered a significant plus for internal communication.
