Key Responsibilities & Leadership
- Provide high-level creative and technical oversight for the compositing department.
- Mentor and grow the local compositing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Map out resources and define complex workflows before project kick-offs to ensure efficiency.
- Act as a cross-discipline bridge, leading with authority and deep technical knowledge.
- Ensure all shots meet the studio’s rigorous standards for quality and visual consistency.
- Communicate clearly with clients and global teams to translate and execute creative visions.
Requirements & Professional Profile
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in high-end VFX production.
- Leadership Style: A nurturing mindset with the patience and skill to grow surrounding talent.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex creative visions into actionable technical steps.
