People Media Factory is expanding its visual effects production team in Hyderabad and launching an immediate hiring initiative for VFX Artists across multiple core disciplines. The studio is looking for dedicated talent specializing in Prep, Compositing, Matchmove, and FX pipelines to work on high-profile content slates. If you have active studio experience and a drive to create production-ready shots, this track provides an exceptional gateway to scale your skills.
Whether your expertise lies in high-fidelity compositing integration or technical simulation mechanics, this framework relies on fluid asset delivery and cross-department collaboration. Selected artists will work closely with sequence supervisors to maintain high quality benchmarks under professional deadline schedules.
Available Tracks & Scope
The studio is managing high-volume project intake across four essential post-production areas:
- Prep Pipeline: Manage complex plate preparations, cleanups, marker modifications, digital painting, and seamless wire & rig removals.
- Compositing Pipeline: Execute green/blue screen keying, intricate CG element integration, color grading matching, and final shot assembly.
- Matchmove Pipeline: Reconstruct camera movements, execute high-precision 3D object tracking, and establish correct spatial layouts.
- FX Pipeline: Build photorealistic natural simulations, procedural environments, asset dynamics, and advanced particle effects.
Required Software Knowledge & Skills
Candidates applying for either tracking loop must demonstrate familiarity with specialized tools:
- Core Technical Toolset: Active pipeline operational knowledge of industry-standard tools including Nuke, Silhouette, 3DEqualizer, Houdini, and Maya.
- Production Value Keys: Meticulous attention to detail, strong team collaboration habits, and the capacity to contribute constructively to fast-paced production workflows.
