Job Opening: Lighting Supervisor
Location: Tokyo, Japan / Remote
Type: Full-Time, Freelance
Responsibilities:
- Technical and artistic supervision of lighting
- Work with the VFX supervisor and director to understand the desired lighting design for the production
- Work with compositing and lookdev supervisors to determine the render requirements for shot work
- Work with human resources to build a strong team of lighting artists and aid in the individual development of each member
- Guide a team of lighting artists to work efficiently to deliver final shots to production
- Ensure quality and continuity are maintained throughout
- Contribute to the further development of the lighting pipeline at Megalis by communicating with the pipeline team as well as our software vendors
