Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- As all communication will be in English, excellent oral and written English communication skills is a must
- Minimum of 4-5 years solid experience in human resources
- Highly organized, meticulous, and strong attention to details
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Comfortable taking on new tasks and has the ability to research and figure things out on their own

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper, accurate, and timely processing of payroll.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Manages and ensures timely posting of Employee and Employer’s government contributions and payments.
- Monitoring of leaves & attendance.
- Administering company and government benefits programs and ensuring all benefits are in-line and compliant with the government requirements.
- Develop programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of employees.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on company needs.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process.
- Engaging and maintaining relationships with local universities.
- Maintain Social media accounts and spearhead company advertisements/promotions.
