Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination for various roles across Animation and Gaming departments.
- Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage recruitment timelines.
- Assist in sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of talent within the creative industry.
- Work within a hybrid model to ensure smooth communication and administrative support for the TA team.
Requirements & Professional Profile
- Experience: Open to Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment support.
- Interest: A genuine passion for the Animation and Games industry.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a love for coordinating and working with people.
- Environment: Ability to handle the dynamic pace of a creative production studio.
