Blendflux is expanding its visual effects production team in Delhi and launching a major recruitment drive for 90 Roto Artists and 80 Remove/Paint Artists. This expansion is targeted toward upcoming project workloads requiring sharp technical attention to detail.

Available Tracks & Scope
The studio is managing high-volume intake across two specialized visual effects tracks:
- Rotoscoping Artists (90 Openings): Create high-precision, articulately detailed splines and motion-matched mattes for complex characters, environments, and moving elements.
- Remove / Paint Artists (80 Openings): Execute seamless rig removal, tracking marker clean-up, wire deletion, and background plate reconstructions while preserving native grain.
Required Software Knowledge & Skills
Candidates applying for either production track must demonstrate foundational pipeline fluency:
- Core Technical Toolset: Practical production familiarity and operational execution within Silhouette, Nuke, and Mocha.
- Deliverable Efficiency: Ability to accurately evaluate shots, maintain edge and grain consistency, and deliver clean assets under strict target schedules.
