Key Responsibilities & Leadership
- Establish and maintain the lighting and rendering look-dev for high-profile animation projects.
- Utilize Houdini to create sophisticated lighting setups that enhance storytelling and emotional impact.
- Collaborate closely with the Compositing and FX teams to ensure seamless asset integration.
- Mentor junior artists and provide technical guidance on lighting workflows and render optimization.
- Uphold the studio’s standard for “experiences that stay with audiences” through meticulous attention to detail and light behavior.
