Job Opening: CGI – Senior Modeler
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, MH, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Creating super detailed and realistic 3D models of Complex Furniture, Automotive, Props, and Environments using software and tools like 3Ds Max, Maya, C4D, and Blender.
- Creating complex models by studying CAD drawings and other reference materials provided like product photographs.
- Understanding the technical limitations of the target platform and adjusting the model accordingly.
- Having an excellent understanding of the principles of 3D modeling, mesh flow, mesh tessellation, polygon distribution, unwrapping, and texturing.
- In-depth knowledge of procedural modeling techniques to achieve complex model structures like wicker patterns, Cloth wrinkles, Embroidery effect, and Woven fabric is absolutely necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of sculpting in tools like Zbrush, and Blender will be an added advantage.
- Accuracy and speed in modeling is of utmost importance.
