A leading animation production division is launching immediate recruitment for a passionate Creative Development Coordinator specializing in Animation & Visual Storytelling. Working directly alongside the Director and Creative Leadership team, this role acts as a essential creative bridge between direction and various production departments. This position is ideal for film school graduates or early-career professionals aspiring to build a long-term trajectory in direction, editorial, and visual development.

Selected candidates will ensure that the core artistic vision is clearly communicated, maintained, and accurately executed throughout the entire animation pipeline. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

The Creative Development Coordinator will support creative direction and pipeline tracking across several key modules:

  • Visual Reference Curation: Research and compile high-quality reference decks covering shot composition, camera language, performance nuances, lighting mood, color palettes, and cinematography.
  • Cross-Department Alignment: Maintain creative alignment between Direction, Art, Editorial, Dialogue, and CG teams by staying fully up to date on evolving scripts, animatics, and edits.
  • Story & Staging Review: Review work-in-progress materials to identify opportunities for strengthening storytelling clarity, shot staging, visual impact, and overall creative goals.

Required Knowledge & Skills
