If you are a veteran visual effects artist with over a decade of production experience, combining an extraordinary artistic eye with advanced architectural script management, this casting cycle offers an elite production pipeline to deploy your craft.

Selected senior artists will assume responsibility for major sequence aesthetics, transforming multi-pass layouts into seamless, photorealistic finals. The studio environment operates a modern, high-end production hierarchy, prioritizing individuals who can cooperate proactively across department boundaries to realize the supervisors’ distinct creative vision under tight project benchmarks.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

The senior specialist will drive image finaling and script architectures across several complex visual blocks:

  • Script Optimization: Author, clean, and manage highly sophisticated, heavy nodes for major sequence hero shots, setting clean layout standards for the wider compositing crew.
  • Deep Compositing Workflow: Deploy advanced deep tracking and deep image data nodes to integrate volumetric layers, complex FX passes, and high-density 3D assets smoothly.
  • Cross-Department Staging: Collaborate closely with Lighting, FX, and Matte Painting squads to streamline multi-pass strategies, matching grain parameters, shadows, and interactive illumination levels.

Required Software Knowledge & Skills

Candidates applying for this advanced contract role must meet the following technical studio parameters:

  • Core Engine Suite: Absolute, comprehensive production mastery over the advanced toolsets inside Nuke.
  • Artistic Acumen: An exceptional professional sense for photorealism, fine tracking, optical camera dynamics, color balance, and overall atmospheric mood matching.
  • VFX Experience Bonus: Prior experience compositing complex international feature film plates heavy in simulations like water, destruction, smoke, or multi-layered particles will be highly valued.
