People Media Factory is significantly expanding its AI VFX Production team at its studio hub in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The studio is launching an intensive hiring drive across nine distinct digital production disciplines for professionals ready to integrate advanced AI-assisted workflows with traditional high-end VFX pipelines. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for these positions.

The studio is managing intake across nine critical technical pipelines:
- AI Roto Specialist: Core matte extraction and advanced rotoscoping workflows utilizing Silhouette, Nuke, and Mocha.
- AI Prep Specialist: Seamless cleanup, plate reconstruction, and paint tasks driven by Nuke, Silhouette, and Photoshop.
- AI Comp Specialist: Comprehensive node-based compositing, green-screen keying, CG integration, and color management systems within Nuke.
- AI Matchmove Specialist: Precision 3D tracking, camera tracking, and scene reconstruction pipelines leveraging 3DEqualizer and PFTrack.
- AI Modelling Specialist: High-fidelity asset creation, organic/hard-surface structural modeling, and topology execution using Blender, Maya, and ZBrush.
- AI Texturing Specialist: Look development, photorealistic asset painting, and advanced PBR workflows via Substance Painter, Mari, and Photoshop.
- AI Rigging Specialist: Digital human and creature character rigging, python scripting, and deformation system building utilizing Maya.
- AI Lighting Specialist: Cinematic scene lighting setups, sequence key building, and high-end CG rendering engines using Arnold, V-Ray, and Redshift.
- AI FX Specialist: Dynamic simulations, procedural generation pipelines, and particle effect design developed within Houdini.
Required Software Knowledge & Skills
