- Manage end-to-end production of engaging news and digital-first content.
- Lead projects from ideation and scripting to final delivery across multiple platforms.
- Specialize in creating high-impact Reels, Shorts, and trending video formats.
- Collaborate with editorial and technical teams to ensure content alignment with brand voice.
- Analyze digital trends to pivot content strategies for maximum audience engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in content production or digital media environments.
- Skills: Exceptional storytelling abilities combined with strong video editing skills.
- Education: Minimum Graduation in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Versatility: Ability to handle both the fast-paced nature of digital content and the standards of broadcast media.
