DreamsCreatorVFX & Animation Studio is expanding its digital production group and launching immediate recruitment for a specialized 3D Animation Artist with deep expertise in Unreal Engine and the MetaHuman ecosystem. This is a fully remote, full-time position tailored for cinematic performance storytellers who want to push the boundaries of real-time digital character creation. If you possess a high-end animation reel that showcases convincing physical weight, subtle emotional expressions, and premium layout staging, this tracking cycle offers an excellent studio environment to deploy your craft.

Selected artists will collaborate closely with pipeline engineers and supervisors to bring cinematic sequences, game trailers, and interactive high-end CGI projects to life. The studio floor runs an agile real-time production layout, prioritizing creators who can navigate complex node hierarchies, control rig systems, and performance capture data without sacrificing artistic detail or storytelling depth.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

The layout artist will drive character performance and engine sequences across several core project modules:

  • MetaHuman Character Performance: Execute premium keyframe and motion-capture driven animation blocks, ensuring realistic body weight and complex facial animations for high-fidelity characters.
  • Cinematic Sequencing: Block out camera framing, actor layouts, and dramatic clip pacing inside Sequencer modules for production trailers and cinematics.
  • Pipeline Execution: Help optimize real-time animation data transfers, tracking assets efficiently within the established studio production pipeline parameters.

Required Software Knowledge & Skills

Candidates applying for this full-time role must meet the following strict pipeline benchmarks:

  • Core Engine Suite: Expert operational command and production-proven workflow mastery navigating inside Unreal Engine.
  • Character Ecosystem: Deep, practical pipeline experience managing MetaHuman rigs, control rigs, retargeting modules, and facial capture tracks.
  • Schedule Parameter: This is a strict Full-Time track. Part-time applicants will not be evaluated. Freelance professionals are welcome to apply provided they can explicitly commit to a full-time schedule.
