- Edit raw footage for storytelling and pacing
- Apply transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
- Sync and balance audio elements.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions.
- Manage project files and organization
- Ensure visual and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing projects.
- Understanding of storytelling and narrative structure.
- Familiarity with various video formats and compression settings.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in editing.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction and audio editing.
- Legal and ethical understanding of copyright and licensing.
- Ability to adapt to emerging editing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Figma and similar design tools.
