Job Opening: HR Partner
Location: London, UK
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of the annual Talent Plan
- Coaching people managers to build and maintain high-performing and engaged teams.
- Driving management development across the CPLG and SPARK businesses
- Working with managers and the global talent team to create a high-performing team by delivering and feeding into global talent initiatives.
- Working with the talent operations and talent acquisition team to promote and deliver a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Promoting DEI initiatives
- Be a thought partner to managers on a range of HR issues.
- Manage employee issues (disciplinary, grievances, performance improvement, redundancies etc).
- Support through change management initiatives globally.
- Manage all relevant talent management administrative duties
Qualifications & Skills:
- Global HR experience (Europe a must)
- Experience of supporting managers and senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Experience of change management
- Flexible approach with a commercial mindset, able to adapt and meet the changing needs of the business.
- Able to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
