Job Opening: Client Coordinator
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and the internal production team.
- Receive and relay creative feedback, notes, and updates from clients to relevant departments.
- Track client requests and ensure they are addressed by internal teams on time.
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation of communication threads, notes, and approvals.
- Assist the production team by clarifying client expectations or deliverable requirements.
- Proactively flag potential miscommunications or inconsistencies in feedback or scope.
- Support Producers and Production Coordinators by maintaining alignment on communication flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in client coordination, client servicing, or production support (Strictly within a VFX, animation, or post-production environment).
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple communication threads simultaneously and follow through with details.
- Comfortable working with production tracking tools (e.g., ShotGrid, ftrack, or Trello).
- A complete understanding of the VFX pipeline and terminology is expected.
- Experience working with international clients and time zones.
- Knowledge of VFX delivery formats, file structures, and creative feedback cycles.
