Job Opening: Production Coordinator
Location: Wellington, New Zealand
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Schedule management and tracking of daily and weekly deliverables
- Supporting APM and working closely with team leadership
- Arranging dailies, rounds, and meetings, creating playlists, and recording notes
- Arranging and/or attending VFX Supervisor reviews & Client reviews
- Supporting artist’s workload and morale
- Requesting overtime as necessary
- Coordinating product delivery & reporting as required.

- Able to handle confidential information
- Comfortable dealing with all levels of the organization, including key executives & senior management
- Able to multitask and juggle various priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to troubleshoot & solve problems
- Calm and personable under pressure and when working to tight deadlines.
