Job Opening: Post Production Assistant Intern
Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine, France
Type: Internship
Responsibilities:
- Provide the necessary video and graphic assets for each project.
- Retrieve and make available the material needed for production, in coordination with the material department.
- Manage JOB IDs and TMC lite templates as well as the corresponding icono folders in Dropbox
- Monitor and update production information (Track List, Briefs etc…) and communicate them to the creative teams
- Be the privileged interlocutor of the intermittents in case of technical problems related to TMC lite such as change of password, expired token, remote to be restarted, assignment of the machines and make the relay with the IT Paris.
- Follow up on music declarations
- Assist production team members with various tasks such as
- Booking of intermittents and actors, contracts, DUE…
- Coordination with various external companies: sound studio, portage company, and other production companies
- Management of actors’ contracts
- Coordinate the archiving of projects at the end of production
- Coordinate deliveries for on-air (PAD) and off-air (exports) with internal teams (on-air management, marketing & digital) and external technical service providers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Interested in television (knowledge of WarnerBros Discovery content is a plus!)
- Rigorous, curious, dynamic
- Organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good level of English (read, spoken, written)
- Good knowledge of the office pack
