Job Opening: 3D Generalist Artist

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement stylized 3D assets (characters, props, environments) consistent with the game’s art direction.
- Design and develop custom shaders in Unity to achieve unique visual effects and polish.
- Optimize 3D assets and scenes for mobile performance, balancing quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with programmers and designers to integrate art seamlessly into gameplay features.
- (Optional) Support with rigging and simple, poppy animations for characters, props, or environmental interactions.
- Contribute to refining the game’s stylized look and ensuring visual consistency across 2D and 3D elements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A strong portfolio of stylized 3D art demonstrating playful, appealing visuals (Nintendo, Sega, or similar inspirations).
- Proficiency in Unity, with experience creating and implementing shaders.
- Solid understanding of mobile optimization (efficient topology, texture management, draw calls).
- Experience with modeling, texturing, and lighting in a stylized art pipeline.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in an iterative environment with programmers and designers.
- Rigging and animating characters or props in a simple but expressive style.
- Experience with 2D/3D hybrid workflows in Unity.
- Knowledge of VFX for stylized environments (particles, shader-based effects).
- Familiarity with Unity’s animation and timeline tools for environmental storytelling.
