Job Opening: Lighting TD
Location: Fully Remote, Cambridge
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the 3D Supervisor and compositors to ensure high-quality lighting for all shots
- Apply lighting techniques to meet the creative and technical requirements of each shot
- Use lighting software to manipulate light, colour, and shadows to achieve the desired look and feel
- Collaborate with other departments such as modelling, animation, and compositing to ensure a seamless workflow
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Lighter in the visual effects industry
- Strong understanding of lighting principles and techniques
- Proficiency in industry-standard lighting software such as Maya, Houdini, or Arnold
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
