Job Opening: Video Game Testing & Assessment Assistant [Internship]
Location: Haarlem, Netherlands
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Test games
- Help review potential new games
- Help out the producers with tasks
- Writing short assessments of in-development builds and milestones
- Tracking and documenting bugs using our existing tools
- Testing DLCs, patches, and updates
- Brainstorm about solutions to game design problems
- Play a bunch of games
Qualifications & Skills:
- You’re an MBO/HBO/WO (bachelor and up) student.
- You play games. Indie, AAA, casual; the wider your field of interest, the better.
- You know your way around Steam.
- You’re interested in the industry behind the games: the people, the business, and how games are made.
- You work accurately, have an opinion, and aren’t afraid to share it.
- The direction of your education is Game Design/Development/Interaction Design/Media Studies or anything else relevant to this internship and company.
- You are available five days a week (40 hours) during your internship (with the exception of a day here and there that you need to report back to school).
- You live in the Randstad. We want our interns to be able to come to the office during the internship; we don’t offer a remote internship.
