Job Opening: VFX Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Use Advanced compositing techniques to deliver visually stunning work on time and on budget.
- Managing large and complex advertising projects under tight deadlines.
- Take ownership when pitching and bidding on projects to execute high-end creative treatments.
- Engaging in calls and meetings with directors, advertising agencies and brands.
- Building a strong client base by gaining and developing relationships with creative talent and clients.
- Working collaboratively with other members of the Compositing team and other VFX departments.
- Provide support and mentor our creative talent.
- Inspire a culture of creative innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced experience in Compositing with Flame and/or Nuke for complex VFX projects.
- Detailed understanding of the VFX process, able to bid work accurately.
- Experienced supervising onset.
- Excellent people and communication skills, able to lead and manage others and build strong client relationships.
- A keen creative eye, and artistic skills with an understanding of colour, light, and photography.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Gives and receives feedback and direction well.
