Job Opening: VFX supervisor
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating the visual effects creation process at all stages of project production within the studio.
- Planning and monitoring the work of computer graphics artists and other specialists.
- Searching for and proposing creative solutions, as well as optimizing the production process.
- Ensuring compliance with high-quality standards and project deadlines.
- Constant interaction with coordinators, producers, department heads within the studio, as well as the director.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in the position of VFX Supervisor or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge in the field of computer graphics at all stages of production.
- Ability to approach tasks systematically for setup and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure and a tight deadline.
- Are familiar with Scrum, Agile, Cerebro, and Shotgun.
- Are familiar with Linux.
- Have experience working on set as a VFX supervisor.
