Job Opening: VFX Supervisor
Location: Tenerife, Spain
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision.
- Oversee workflows, pipeline requirements, and toolset needs, leveraging internal expertise to support each project phase.
- Act as the primary creative point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional collaboration.
- Develop and execute detailed production plans, addressing all technical and operational requirements.
- Define project strategies in alignment with the studio’s pipeline and resource capabilities.
- Assist in project bidding with technical breakdowns and realistic budget/resource estimations.
- Work with stakeholders to create and maintain schedules, minimizing overtime while achieving deadlines.
- Maintain team morale and ensure effective communication across all levels.
- Conduct constructive reviews, ensuring client feedback is communicated and integrated into the team’s work.
- Provide feedback on team performance to support their development and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in VFX supervision across multiple high-profile projects.
- Strong creative and technical expertise with a deep understanding of VFX pipelines, tools, and workflows.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Eligibility to work in the European Union.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for leading teams and delivering world-class visuals.
- Experience balancing creative and operational needs while managing schedules and budgets.
