Job Opening: VFX Production Coordinator
Location: Germany, Europe
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily artist tasks across multiple VFX projects
- Manages schedules to ensure timely completion of quotas
- Conducts internal reviews and dailies, communicating effectively with various parties
- Ensures clear and prompt dissemination of notes to facilitate action items
- Addresses production issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Collaborates with leads/supervisors to optimize work completion within allocated timeframes
- Updates the Crew Manager and the VFX Production Manager on resource status
- Disseminate information to artists’ crew, VFX Production Assistants, and Editorial
- Supports editorial on all data management aspects and prioritizes render farm tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a VFX coordination role
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and proactively multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Adept at fostering teamwork and collaboration
- Native level of German, proficient in English
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
