Job Opening: VFX Production Coordinator
Location: Milan or Tenerife
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Producer, Leads, and Supervisors to manage and track the workflow, ensuring deadlines are met both internally and externally.
- Organize and facilitate dailies, rounds, and meetings, taking clear, comprehensive notes and updating the production database regularly.
- Ensure effective communication between all members of the production team, including Artists, Supervisors, and Leads.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to the Producer and Supervisors to ensure quick resolution of problems.
- Provide daily progress reports on the status of artist work and keep the production team informed.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the wider production team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in the VFX industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals.
- A foundational understanding of live-action and CG-based visual effects workflows.
- Familiarity with FTrack or similar project management software.
