Job Opening: VFX Producer
Location: London, UK – Hybrid Remote
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Win and deliver exciting work.
- Work with EP/Head of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clients.
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Support Senior Producers/EPs on large-scale projects.
- Manage Ceta schedules efficiently.
- Work with your team to pitch and bid on projects and execute high-end creative treatments.
- Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team.
- Deliver projects on time and budget.
- Client entertainment. Make your clients feel special.
- You are a brand ambassador for BLACK KITE, and you attend industry events and awards shows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- You have prior experience working in Production on high-end VFX projects, across Advertising, TV, or Film
- You are confident and experienced with dealing with Clients and Directors
- You thrive when seeking out opportunities to drive new business
- You are about to produce great creative work
- You have a solid understanding of the VFX pipeline
- You have an understanding of Colour Grading/workflows relating to it
- You have experience working with CETA or other bidding and scheduling software
- You are highly organized
- You are a great team player
- You are an excellent problem solver
- You are a great multi-tasker who is able to balance priorities effectively.
- You have excellent communication skills & are confident dealing with people of all levels of seniority
