- Have 2+ years of experience in game development (min 2 with Unity)
- Experience with Photon multiplayer engines
- Able to understand/respect the code and improve over existing code
- Able to present solutions
- Able to take initiatives
- Good Communication Skill
- Able to manage stress
Pluses:
- Experience in developing a racing game previously
- Experience with Quantum
- experience with URP
- physics and/or 3d graphics and/or GUI and web3 back-end programming
