Job Opening: UI/UX Designer
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Own the UX strategy and UI execution across gameplay, metagame, and LiveOps content.
- Design player journeys for onboarding, FTUE, events, upgrades, store, and retention systems.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma (or similar).
- Translate UX into polished, high-fidelity UI mockups with clear hierarchy and visual consistency.
- Build and evolve component-based UI systems and a shared style guide.
- Collaborate across disciplines—from product and game design to art and engineering.
- Contribute UX thinking to early-stage feature ideation.
- Use player data, feedback, and playtests to iterate and improve flows and experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in mobile games or fast-scaling products.
- A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and polished UI design.
- Deep proficiency with Figma and working knowledge of Unity.
- Solid grasp of behavioral UX, cognitive load, and attention-driven interaction design.
- Experience working in LiveOps or GaaS-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills, you can confidently present and defend design decisions.
