Job Opening: Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships and collaborative atmosphere with internal team members.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Job postings, interview questionnaires and other relevant interview materials for candidates.
- Attract great candidates and build career opportunity awareness through a variety of methods, including but not limited to company website, social media, online job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
- Proactively source candidates to develop a strong pipeline for open and pending roles.
- Manage candidate flow by scheduling and hosting virtual and in person interviews.
- Coordinate candidate travel, online-based skills assessments and conduct reference checks.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates and recruiters regarding status.
- Track and report on key metrics for open roles and maintain a diligent focus on the candidate experience, striving to constantly improve our hiring process.
- Serve as a brand advocate both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with the hiring leader and CAO during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Participate in the design of the recruitment brand, and marketing and social media strategy and execution.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
- Must have knowledge and experience recruiting for the Video Game Development and/or Publishing Industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people at all levels of authority.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced organization with flexibility to navigate rapidly changing priorities.
- Must have strong initiative – capable of working independently with minimal direction/supervision.
- Ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
