Job Opening: Lead Game Developer

Location: Kuwait

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Transforming design specifications into functional game assets
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
• Identify process and application bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Development of intelligent and reactive Bosses

Qualifications & Skills:

• English proficiency (at least fluent).
• 5+ years experience with using Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Experience profiling and optimizing the game and render performance (GPU and CPU),
• Experience in building quality, scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience in Test Driven Development and writing unit tests.
• Communication skills, both verbal and written, to put your ideas across to other members of the team.

Nice To Have:

• Prior Game Development experience having at least one shipped game.
• A passion for gaming and an understanding of the different hardware platforms available for games
• Professional experience in agile software development
• Knowledgeable about the UI/UX Design process.
