Job Opening: Nuke Comp – Freelance

Responsibilities:
- You will join the compositing team on commercial or in-house jobs, from project setup to project completion.
- As primarily a 2D animation studio the bulk of our work as compositors will be integrating traditional hand-drawn animation exported from TVPaint as layers into paintings exported as layers from Photoshop.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Expert Nuke compositor
- 2-5 years of industry experience
- An excellent eye for illustrative style.
- Great understanding and use of light and color
- Complete understanding of the 2D animation process
- Excellent communicator
- A solid understanding of colour space principles
- Examples of compositing 2D animation and full CG
- Examples of Paintings, or Illustrations.
- Examples of Animation/motion graphics
- After Effects and Photoshop skills
- Experience with particle systems
