Job Opening: Technical Artist
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
- Work with engineers and artists to analyze and refactor content for performance
- Prototype and develop efficient and creative solutions in an existing content base
- Develop tools and workflow improvements
- Mentor artists on best practices
- Mediate/Guide overall visual quality and performance across all platforms
- Provide Detailed Performance Reports of internal projects across all platforms
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and proven ability to work with others to develop and iterate on features
- Experience with various software packages such as 3DsMax, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, Houdini
- Demonstrated ability to provide support, training, and documentation for art teams
- Scripting or shader programming experience is a plus
- Proficient with the node-based material editor, such as UE4’s
- Experience with PIX or other GPU capture tools
- Cross-platform development experience (XB1/PS4 preferred)
- Experience working with and gathering spreadsheets, data sets and charts to analyze data to drive profile-based action
- Experience in Unreal Engine 4
