Job Opening: Technical Animator

Location: Frankfurt, DE & Kyiv, UA

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and maintaining Animation Blueprints together with Gameplay and Engineering teams.
  • Work with Animators to create best practices and optimal workflows
  • Understand/Setup/Extend the character locomotion system
  • Analyze character-related memory/performance concerns throughout a project’s development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience working on animation systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of the tech animation topics like state machines blend trees, etc.
  • Ability to provide clear solutions to complicated issues.
  • Ability to self-direct, and be autonomous when required
  • Strong knowledge of Rigging in Maya.

Pluses:

  • Ability to read C++ Code to enable better communication with Engineers.
