We are a listed media & post-production company expanding into exciting new digital initiatives. We’re looking for a Tech Lead (Founding Engineer) to join our core team in Mumbai and help shape our next growth story.
This is not just another tech role – it’s a Founding Engineer opportunity with direct visibility with leadership at a listed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & drive our digital product roadmap (from MVP → scalable platform)
- Hands-on development in Node.js / Python + React / Flutter
- Work on API integrations (payments, WhatsApp, media platforms)
- Manage freelancers/agencies for rapid execution
- Be the first engineer in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in full-stack / product / startup engineering
- Strong coding & problem-solving skills
- Exposure to SaaS, Ad-Tech, or media platforms is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset – excited to build 0 → 1
