Job Opening: Creative Director

Responsibilities:
- Regional Guidance:
- Provide clear, caring, and firm guidance to cross-functional Creative, Content, and Marketing team members.
- Guide the BR region at a higher executive level.
- Creative Guidance:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to multidisciplinary teams globally, fostering a culture of innovation, positivity, and excellence.
- Brand Development:
- Guide the development and execution of Team Liquid’s brand identity in the market, ensuring alignment with values, mission, and community/fan expectations.
- Campaign Conceptualization:
- Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, spanning design, 3D, digital, social media, events, merchandise, and beyond.
- Content Strategy:
- Assist and execute the BMC content strategy in all regions, leveraging storytelling, visual communication, and emerging trends to drive engagement and partner-brand affinity.
- Cross-Functional Interaction:
- Interact closely with Marketing, Sales & Partnerships, and Content teams to align creative initiatives and concepts with partner-brand goals and targets.
- Quality Assurance:
- Partner with the Social Media Director to maintain excellent standards of quality and consistency across all creative assets, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Talent Development:
- Mentor and develop creative talent within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (minimum 12 years) in a creative role within the gaming, media, or esports industry.
- Exceptional grasp of written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaign development, and content creation across digital and traditional channels.
- Exceptional communication and interactive skills.
- Deep familiarity of esports culture, trends, and audience preferences.
- Expertise in creative tools and design software, such as Figma, Adobe, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
