Job Opening: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Vanves, France
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work with HR, HoDs, and producers to identify recruitment needs;
- Identify and pre-select talents;
- Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, including drafting and posting job offers, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and offering a position or assignment, including salary negotiation;
- Ensure the onboarding of new hires within the team, in collaboration with the HR and operational teams;
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools to guarantee a pool of qualified talent;
- Organize and take part in events and presentations in schools to promote the company’s image and attract new candidates;
- Update candidates database using our ATS;
- Communicate about team movements and maintain contact with employees even after their assignment has ended;
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to recruitment and retention, bringing your expertise and contributing to the development of new initiatives;
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the HR Director on recruitment-related KPIs (including conversion rates, time-to-hire, and quality of hire). Analyze the data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the post-production and VFX sector;
- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, positive and professional attitude;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with different teams;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- Good level of English (minimum C1);
