Job Opening: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Remote – Hungary
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating across time zones globally and managing any changes efficiently
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction
- Prepare, review, and send employment contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with company policies
- Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, utilizing your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements.
- Participate in or lead special projects and initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in project or scheduling coordination or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail; fluency in professional English required
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions promptly.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in adapting to a rapidly changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong focus on delivering a positive candidate or customer experience and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders.
- Interest in recruiting and/or gaming a plus!
