Job Opening: Junior HR Technology Analyst
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our HR team to gain a deep understanding of our HR processes and reporting needs
- Maintain our ticketing queues and be innovative in enabling solutions. Collaborate with the HR Technology team on complex queries
- Assist with optimising Workday configuration including, editing business processes, tenant set up, security configuration and maintaining reports
- Stay up to update with Workday releases and functionality
- Support transfer of knowledge and expertise and become a go-to person for questions
- Grow own knowledge of Workday by exploiting the Workday ecosystem
- Assume ownership of Workday tasks as expertise grows
- Assist the HR Team with employee events
- Create and maintain Workday user guides in line with system and company processes/policy
- Assist with implementing and managing internal system audits
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- One year’s Workday administration experience
- A strong drive to learn and a deep interest in Workday
- The ability to analyse business requirements and ask the right questions
- Experience utilising ticketing systems to manage and prioritise work
- Understanding of Human Resources process and practice
- An analytical mindset and the ability to communicate data that drives business insights
- Organized, detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in an agile, fast moving environment and have a hands-on working style
