Blue Zoo, a multi-award-winning studio and one of the ‘Best Places to Work in TV,’ is looking for a brilliant Storyboard Thumbnail Artist. We need a master of narrative who can push the visual comedy of our shows through exceptional staging, strong character acting, and impeccable comedic timing.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, high-quality storyboard thumbnails that define the narrative flow and comedic beats of the production.
- Collaborate closely with Directors to enhance visual comedy and storytelling through creative staging.
- Utilize strong drawing skills to convey character acting, posing, and emotion within the boards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of perspective, layout, and cinematography to guide the production pipeline.
- Deliver high-quality work consistently within the established production schedule.
Software/Skills Required: Exceptional proficiency in Toon Boom Storyboard Pro is mandatory. Candidates must have a proven track record in 2D storyboarding with a focus on comedy and character performance. Experience in Feature Animation is considered a significant bonus.
