Job Opening: Storyboard Artist
Location: Burbank, California, USA
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Report to Director daily for assignment direction and notes
- Read scripts and be familiar with story and jokes
- A daily check-in with Coordinators for updated designs and audio
- Responsible for completing assignments on schedule
- Maintain quality and continuity of storyboards within the show
- Implement all executive notes
- Reference storyboard for final designs to make sure storyboard needs are met
- Strive for excellent communication within the team
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience storyboarding in episodic series television, preferably in comedy
- Strong proficiency in Storyboard Pro
- Comfortable working digitally on a Cintiq
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Must be able to adapt to changes easily within a highly dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail is critical
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Must be an 839 union member or willing to join
